excellent service and water
fresh waterfriendly staffmusty smell
breakfast featured fresh cooked to order options and a good selection of cereals. the staff was lovely especially maggie. i appreciated the fresh still and sparkling water delivered daily. parking was convenient and staff were friendly
upon arrival i was not acknowledged immediately at reception i stood for a few minutes this felt a little unwelcoming. the room had a musty smell and the window was locked it also looked out onto a satellite dish which was disappointing

the hotel's location was acceptable.
the room was small and quite noisy at night. i heard a lot of noise from a troublesome customer arguing, and it kept me awake. the beds in room 122 were also too small for adults, very uncomfortable.

The staff were very happy and polite. Menus and food were very good. Prices for both food and drinks were reasonable. The location was excellent for exploring the area.
I got to the hotel, and the room was too hot. The window did not stay open. A fan was provided, but it did not emit air.
